Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal cookies are sweet cookies made from rolled oats.

Ingredients

 1100 g    fine rolled oats  
 2100 g    coarse rolled oats  
 3100 g    butter  
 440 g     brown sugar  
 520 g     honey  
 62        eggs  
 72-3 tbsp shredded coconut  
 82-3 tbsp raisins or cranberries  
 91   tsp  baking powder  
101   tsp  vanilla sugar  
111/3 tsp  salt  
121/4 tsp  cinnamon  

Instructions

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, honey, and sugar.

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, shredded coconut, cranberries, brown and vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Grate butter on top. Pour in the egg, honey, and sugar mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.

Form small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball, and place them on parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
