Apple Cake with Cinnamon

Apple cake with cinnamon: pieces of apple are covered with batter and baked until cooked through.

Ingredients

12 eggs
21 cup sugar
31 cup flour
42 tablespoons milk
54 apples
6Cinnamon
7Oil or butter for greasing the baking tray

How to Cook

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the flour and milk and mix until smooth.

Grease a baking tray. Core the apples, cut them into pieces and arrange them on the tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour the batter over them.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C until the batter is cooked through and the surface is golden.
